I'm still up and down, but feeling better. Yes, I did lose lots of muscle.

However, I also went through a couple of periods when I started to put on muscle and lose weight around the waste.

I think it is just a matter of turning off the cortisol so that you are not catabolic.

I think what screwed me up this summer was having the laptop on my lap for a couple of months. Very strong EMF from the laptop and it was right on my lap.

Earthing is a big help and learn how to avoid EMF hot spots is important too.
