Hi -- your posts are inspiring. I'm in adrenal burnout with high cortisol at weird times of the day, and after losing muscle and fat, and most recently experiencing some joint (knee) problems) I'm worried about regenerating collagen.
I hope you don't mind a couple of questions.
Did you experience the 'thin skin' thing, and also did you ever get to the point of any muscle loss or possible tendonitis (collagen loss I'm assuming) in your knees or other joints?
Dr. Lam told me that collagen can never be regenerated, but maybe I misunderstood him.
I'm certainly hoping that's not true.
You sound like you're doing better, and proving that it's not true? I hope you'll see this post and reply.
Very scared I won't recover.
Thanks in advance!
