You have to also realise it's not easy to just implement these topics over night. We have a database of beliefs that we have built up over a lifetime, passed on from parents etc. A person can listen to this information all they want, but if they don't actually utilize and implement it in their lives then it remains just information.

Like she mentions, most people aren't ready for this. I'm definitely not, that's why im on this forum. It takes some serious control of your emotions and mental thoughts and sometimes no matter what i do, im just in a funk.
