i quit using microwaves almost a decade ago. they were banned in soviet russia. they make all kinds of new chemicals in food. plus, if you use plastic in them, the plastic chemicals leach into the food.

hard plastics like flatware arent too bad. its the softer plastics and especially the films like cling wrap that have the elasticizers in them.

use glass, ceramics, stainless steel and enameled cast iron for all food. paper cups and plates are treated with fluoride compounds to make them water resistant. styrofoam is bad. its how people are getting so sick. the whole environment is contaminated.
