That sounds a little concerning, have you been in touch with your doctor about these symptoms?

I would strongly recommend cutting-out all wheat, starchy carbohydrates, and sweet processed food while following any cleansing programme. Fill-up on veggies, drink plenty of water, and try going for walks in order to breath fresh air.

I believe this is written on the information sheet included with Candigone.
