Thank you Cougar, you have shared a sound exploration of this subject and i have to agree with you that after years and years of chiro care and I'm not improving but getting worse, it's not helping! I'm very frustrated over it all, yes. I've lost an inch in height and I know it's from this situation in my neck.

I would really appreciate your help to find a practitioner, thank you so much. =)
