if you want to go med-style, ivermectin helps to destroy microfilaria stages and reducing the bacteria that is symbiotic with filarias ( Antibiotics tetracycline or doxycycline

otherwise fenugreek, cilantro tincture or essential oils (sitz baths or full baths) help to reduce the load

read the Onchocerciasis article that I posted few days ago - there it seems that with the right treatment this should be done with soon but in reality if you don't have access to the treatment it takes a very long time to eliminate
