I have used the homeopathic drops by Boiron (only cineraria in saline dilution) and they have helped me. I posted about this some time ago.

The interesting part of the link I posted is that it seems a good part of the efficiency of the Cineraria comes from its contents of Iodine and Potassium!
"The plant owes its virtues to the potassium it contains, and probably the iodine"
... "Iodide, of all the salts of potassium, is perhaps the most suitable on account of its diffusability, and also because when dissociated (or ionized), as it must be before being assimilated by living cells, its Iodine acts as an oxidizing agent, favouring the respiratory process."
