Ho lolite,

I took your recommendation regarding the Seriphos product, and I ordered it online.

For the first 2-3 weeks I felt great and it was definitely doing its job, however, more recently I feel as if my symptoms of cold extremeties and coarse hair are coming back.
I also find my heart beating hard at night before bed.

Is it possible that my body has become accustomed to the supplement or that it's working to increase cortisol at all?

Maybe I need to use something else in conjunction with the Seriphos?

Also, what would happen if I dropped all supps and vitamins together. Would my body balance my cortisol out eventually?
