it's totally normal to have literally a "zoo" and this is not meant in an offensive way, it's simply what it is and everybody is in the same situation (just some have no idea about this)

if I'd be you I would at least treat the microfilaria to stop the reproduction otherwise you'll end up with a huge layer and then it's difficult to treat

it felt that they might be creating what o-volvulus does, kind-off tumor stage, where the microfilaria cretes snake-like forms, when I did treat loa loa recently it was mainly microfilaria and larva stages that I had so much in my body
