Our we healing ourselves? What i mean by this is we are frequency beings. Our thoughts and emotions are simply vibrations. Negative emotions, thoughts, resistance, can create energy blockages within, stoping the matural flow. Energy builds up and transforms in to disease, a body at dis-ease. What if these tools we use, are just another way to trick our physical minds into allowing our bodies to release resistance, and heal itself?

Yes, no, maybe?
