I built it up - at one point i was just taking dropperfuls! Been doing it for 4 years, i think. Never stopped for more than a few days, and it was only for practical reasons (like running out or going away) and do not intend to stop, ever. i have taken seleniomethionine for much of this time. Only just started to take b2 and b3. The other ones i take when my body asks for them.
Introduced borax about a year ago. Do my dishes and laundry with it and put a pinch in my water (highly fluoridated/chlorinated) - recently discovered it polishes silver too!
