Water-only-fasting according to thirst will reduce the size of, and eventually rid your body of fibroids via autolysis, but much depends on their size from the outset as to how long the fast will need to be to accomplish this. Fibroids and other internal/external growths have also been known to continue shrinking post fast, with right-living habits and esp' in connection with dietary practice.

Should you continue with your medications on the fast?
Dr Fuhrman MD has this to say..........
"Many of the people who are taking multiple medications when they seek my services cannot be placed on a fast initially. First, we must decrease their dependency on medication. Tapering med's such as prednisone may take many weeks while they are improving from dietary change. We utilize the fast at a later stage when they can more comfortably stop their medications".

You are taking.......
#1. A Multivitamin.
#2. Statins.
#3. Antidepressants.

The first two will be easy to discontinue for a Water Fast and should be, but the antidepressants are a different ballgame because of withdrawals.
My first point would be to ask why are you taking statins? as they do much harm. Please read this website from a former NASA Doctor and Surgeon as to how damaging they can be.............

Statins suppress the normal production of cholesterol within the Liver amongst other things. Cholesterol is also essential for Brain health and the synthesis of Vitamin D3. People with the highest levels of cholesterol actually live the longest, and there is absolutely no correlation between what is considered to be high cholesterol levels and the risk of heart attacks or heart disease. Here are the real facts if you scroll down the page.............

Fasting or not, if you discontinue AD's "cold-turkey" or even by tapering down, then you will most likely have unpleasant side-effects, but if I were you, I would enter the fast that way, and with what Paul Bragg described as "grin & bear" for a while. Your Depression will probably get worse before it improves and will rid your body of the drug/s much more quickly than would otherwise be the case, and allow you to recover permanently much more rapidly.

The conduct of the fast will also be vital in that physical rest/freedom from anxiety and emotional issues are paramount for the most successful outcome.
