Hi, very first post here, but I've been reading for a while!

I'm planning my first extended Water Fast in the hopes that it might reduce my uterine fibroids. I've fasted before, but only 3-5 days at a time. My question: should I continue to take my medications? I take an anti-depressant, a multivitamin and a statin for cholesterol. I feel strongly that I'd like to continue my anti-depressants, because I tend to get really messed up when I go off them. Would continuing these compromise the effectiveness of my fast? I would guess I can do without the statin and the vitamins, but I'm concerned about stopping the anti-depressants. Thanks!
