Better yet, take the time to understand how the body actually works and then resolve to feed it properly and stop abusing it with drugs, oils and other unwholesome potions. Along with that, make sure you're getting plenty of fresh, healthy air, pure water, exercise, rest and sleep, relaxation and enjoyment of life.

The truth is out there and it's called Natural Hygiene (not a product that you buy but the Science of life.) Various books and websites are available to help you learn how to live within the natural laws that govern us. Check out the National Health Association website for an overview of Natural Hygiene principles. I can point you to other very useful and free books should you wish to learn more.
