Hi ZV,

Actually I bought three big bottles of IP6 over 3 years ago. I did feel crappy when I took it. But I could have associated it with the statins the heart doctors pushed on me. I don't take them anymore.

I will try it again soon and watch my other B and iron levels to side on caution.
