Does anyone have this symptom?

I have found I have been dwelling on past mistakes excessively since I have began to find my fungus strictly.

I was thinking maybe the bad emotions/energies that are caught in the cell memories are perhaps somehow released during die-off.

Or it could just be the toxins and waste effecting my head.

Or maybe as I free myself of this hold the fungus has had on me, this weight, that I am starting to be more active mentally and thinking more in ways that were not reconciled before.

Just was wondering how the mental die-off symptoms work for some of you.
