thanks for sharing that! Have you thought about using natural Antibiotics - pau darco, ionic silver, oregano oil, etc? I think that conventional Antibiotics may make candida growth even worse?
I had a celiac blood test a couple of years ago that showed that I was gluten intolerant, so I've cut it out of my diet.
I hope eating apples is a good way to get that sludge flowing! My sludge often comes out thick and I'm sure it is stagnant. I saw a youtube video on liver meridian massage that I'm trying to do.
I wonder if Telman has any tricks or tips to share :)
