My atlas bone is fine, it's the discs that sit right above the shoulders in the neck what those numbers are I don't even know, it's in my file somewhere. I'm sure the force of me getting up on that ski everyday possible and not conditioning first at the beginning of the season, did this damage, or at the very least I could have gotten up on two skis and acclimated...that was not an option, I was a severe die hard, I suggest anyone involved in this sport not to do what I did or it will come back to haunt you! lol. I miss water skiing. ahahaha...

Pull shoulders down and neck up, walk like an ostrich, everything is gunna be alright. tehehe...Thank you all for your input. I really like the idea of the inversion table.
