I have a few questions. I have water fasted successfully in the past but I have never juice fasted. Is the detoxing just as harsh or am I able to going about my regular schedule with no problems? I am aware everyone is different, but I want to read how juice fasting was for others.

I am also interested in creating a 'hybrid' juice fast consisting of spirulina powder. I plan on juice fasting while schooling and with the information I have found I feel this might give me the energy I need to study and keep active.

Also, can I drink teas when fasting?
