Don't worry if it looks silly...simply be alone and do the suggested moves with the instructor.

I had a toothache and I used the video on it.

I had tried EFT before, years ago, but it wasn't as intense an experience as the toothache.

I went through the video twice, then, the next day (yesterday) the ache suddenly came back. I went through the video once more, then I went to sleep for a long time.

The toothache is gone. If it happens to come back, guess what I will do.

You got anything worse than a toothache to vanquish?
