Bentonite clay can be constipating, but it definitely does the job absorbing toxins, etc I like the liquid Yerba Prima brand - inexpensive and convenient to take.

I've tried powdered Zeolite and honestly found them to be similar in effect. Since Bentonite seems less controversial I usually use that, but may start back with the zeolites also. In fact alternating them might be a very good idea.
