VSL worked for about a week for me and then quit. It helped with some inflammation and cleared up my sinuses a little. I tried it again a few months later and it did nothing.

Renew life seems to be one of the more effective brands.

Stopped taking niacinimide it seemed to screw with my blood sugar. Maybe some others would benefit from it?
