Hi gibby nice to hear from you again. I'm currently taking 900billion bacteria a day from VSL#3 DS, its prescription strength and i've been on it for a few months. It has not had a measurable effect more than the 300billion in combination with uva ursi and olive leaf (the combination of which cured my non-stop diarrhea).

With my negative breath test, this leaves one thing, one thing which 2 naturopathic physicians who have been with me every step of the way have confirmed, a long existing candida infection. We tried nystatin for a long time but not long enough.

10g of glucose causes constant burping and major bloating.

I will probably go back to the nystatin but am waiting to consult with my docs.
