I appreciate your concern, and it is fine to talk about the dangers of a SWF. Personally, though, I don't believe any of it. I have done a few SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) before, and I have been fine. It worked. I don't believe it is poison since it is natural Sea Salt . Salt water is good for your outsides, so it makes sense that a flush isn't bad for the insides. The first time I attempted a fast, I lasted 8 hours. Why? My head aching was so bad and I felt like I would faint. I know this was due to toxins. So the next week I did a flush, removed those toxins and the fast was as easy as can be. No headaches like the last time, no feeling faint -- all because I flushed first. So from my own experience, I know it works. I even know doctors who have said it is fine to do. But I do think people should be told both sides and then make up their own minds regarding something like that. :-)
