IMO, brilliant minds are a gift from God. On the other hand, some of us fail to see the power behind what the human body can do once it's given the chance. The body does what it knows how to do in relation to healing from the poisons. In th efood category, it will take what it needs and expel th erest. The problem with brilliant minds is that some of us can be too smart and fail to see the simplicity in all this. By actively cleaning the poisons out, we can again restore the body to homeostasis as it will all clean out if the liver and colon get cleaned out. For sure, it happens over years. I am going on close to 4.5 years of the process. All the systems have the potential to clean themselves out, once these 2 organs have been cleaned. The food that restoress has to be there. Ionic minerals are the key.. Whether it's MH who says "weed and feed" or Doc Sutter who says "clean and feed" it all comes out to restored health if we are willing to go the course and stick with it. There are many things that contribute to health returning other than just what I've mentioned. Meridian therapy, fasts, sweat saunas, and so on. Change in lifestyle is the key and also understanding how to rid the body of the poisons. Then the healing can take place, which isn't pleasant all the time, either. The re-generation phase is full of pain, too, as the cells have to re-generate themselves and get rid of the dead ones.
