I think you are making the right decision to get those poisonous things out of your body.

Did the dentist recommend getting the wisdom tooth filling out first. Replacing the filling will cause some release of mercury anyway. I'm just wondering if replacing the filling first is necessary.

What is your plan for chelating the mercury out of your body? That's as important as filling replacement.
