Actually, I started with cilantro/chlorella for more than 6 months before I began Cutler. I used Cutler for a couple of years and began using cilantro/chlorella again. Now, I sometimes use ALA and sometimes use cilantro/chlorella.

There really isn't a set dosing for cilantro and chlorella. I take a few dashes of the spice with water every 4 hours, including at night and take about 10 small chlorella tablets before meals, before I go to bed and in the middle of the night.

Recently, I began using both ALA and cilantro more frequently (say every hour or every 2 hours during the daytime hours). That worked well.
