You will take the ALA every 3 hours during the day? Will you also wake up in the middle of the night to take it again?

I usually found that if I took really long breaks (11 days, for example) I would feel much worse when I restarted chelation. I found 3 days on and 3-4 days off was the best schedule for me`(basically Friday to Sunday chelating). It's possible you may find the same thing.
