Hi there,
A lot of toxins are released when there is die-off..for me i found that taking Bentonite clay( google it here) has helped me a lot..
It is supposed to help soak out the toxins.. I break out in rashes from die off/toxins, and i feel like the Bentonite clay taken internally helps my whole system calm down..
I hope u feel better soon..and find good help on this site..!
