Have u ever had your D levels checked, 25-hydroxy D test?

I would look at the Iodine forum for the hypo and get your d levels checked.

If you are not in the optimum range of 55-80ng/mL, you are deficient.

Both these as well as, colon, kidney and liver cleanses can bring your body back to normal, but it takes time and nutrition.
