I know what you mean. I have spent many months as a hermit. I have had many low periods.

I am a positive person, I love life and think life is great (despite all the things in the world that really suck). During this infestation, I have had very low periods, kept myself isolated, and could not work and suffered many losses financially due to this illness.

I have one goal, and that is to get better. When I am infected and the brain fog is at it's worse, it does not seem possible to be better, it all seems hopeless. That is what happens to you. I become not myself at all. I promise if you start cleansing and keep fighting to find what works for, it will get better.
