I made the SCD (Specific Carbohydrate Diet) yogurt accordingly with my Yogourmet electric yogurt maker for a little over 24 hours for the first time. It tastes more like sour cream! Is it supposed to taste like this? I used whole cow's milk (even though I don't drink the stuff) and Dannon's plain yogurt as the starter. Did it spoil or something? I'm scared to eat it now but want the benefits. Thanks in advance.
