Also, about fibrocystic breasts -- He says we don't take iodine just for 3-4 months for saturation, but after 3-4 YEARS, iodine will decrease 50-90% of the scar tissue in the breast. Maybe that's why I sometimes still feel twinges in the tissue, even though the cysts are long gone. Works for me!
