Hmmm.....I understand what you are saying about the SWF. I swear by it since I am convinced it has removed toxins from my body. That said, I never did it on my period, so I may skip it this time around. Now, it is ok to START the fast on my period, correct?

Thanks for your help. You (and some others) really helped me during my last fast, which is why I am convinced I did so well. 3 weeks last time! Aiming for 4 this time around.
