I finally seem to be able to handle Iodine now.

I have know for 5 years that I was Iodine deficient, but have been unable to take Iodine or any type of thyroid support, since it would set back my adrenal glands.

As per Dr Rinds articles, my adrenals could not handle the thyroid support.

Well....I've been taking 1/2 iodoral each day for about 1.5 weeks and am feeling no ill effects.

In the past, I would get anxiety, insomnia and muscle aches. So I guess this means my adrenals can handle more thyroid energy now.
