what you wrote Steps, would also be in favour of this being the trichinella because that one is immunosuppressive, kills T2 cells (killer cells that immune system needs)

I also noticed that if my immune system is increased, if I'm not extremely tired or stressed out for some reason, I feel better and these things do not bother me that much.
