The difference here is that I'm not feeling sick and my toxic load isn't so high. I don't have dental fillings.. don't eat many processed foods.. drink a good quality water.. dont cook in toxic pans.. etc. etc.
6.25 mg of Iodoral has made my hair look better, my sweat doesn't smell like anything anymore and I don't really get any dental plaque; even if I don't brush my teeth for 2 days..
I feel like the Iodine I take is absorbed verry effectively. I'm especially interested in the function of Iodine beyond thyroid hormone synthesis.
The oxidative damage ain't really high.. it concentrates in many glands in your body, white blood cells concenrate it.. imagine what that could do for immune system
I just don't wanna go overboard with supplements, hé i haven't stopped eating altogehter or something!.
there is 67 mcg selenium in my multi which I take every other day. some other minerals like copper/zinc/chromium etc. etc.
I eat a couple of oranges daily and the multi contains l-ascorbid acid and bioflavonoids.. I haven't seen anyone spoke of that before btw! Research suggests that the bioflavonoids have a synergistic effect on vitamin C. This may also be true for several other phytonutrient compounds in for instance: lemons, oranges
does anyone think there's any reason for me to take very high doses of iodine?
Didn't Guy Abraham estimated the need for the entire body 12.5 mg daily? Maybe ill go for 12,5 mg a day but feel that 50 mg for me is just wasting my precious student money lol!
