Hi PTogether,

My weight was kind of strange. I started at 109, went down to 105 - then when I turned acid it jumped to 107 and stayed there. I did add carrot juice, but I seemed to stabilize.

Yes, 7 days was a good while for me. I still had to prepare meals for others - you know how hard that can be!
