OK but better if you have some cancers then as a Se supplement. There are +21 steps of Se methylation and most of what is in Brazil nuts is above SeM.

Because we are forced to endure a flood of the bad halogens from nearly every aspect of daily life.

Bromine is/was in bread, still is in cough syrup, in all our cothes and furniture..but all this info is available..
