I mentioned in previous posts that Earthing was really calming my nervous system down.

It is still doing that. I am still sleeping great. I am able to sleep in when I need to....but don't NEED to sleep in. (Seriphos is helping too)

We got an Earthing sheet for the bed so my wife is earthing too. She has been having a really hard time with joint pain (arthritis).

Since the fall, she has hard a hard time sleeping due to joint pain. As a result, she does not sleep well, and stays in bed until ~10:30 or 11 am since she is so tired.

After 2 nights of earthing, she got up at 8:30am and could not belief her joints did not hurt.

It really really works. It eliminates one source of stress and inflammation....EMF.

I highly recommend the books "Earthing" and "Zapped"
