Hi Angel, hold on dear. Things will get better,alright. To avoid weight gain, you should eat organic virgin coconut oil. It will kill the candida and boost up your metabolism so weight gain is eliminated. The oil also kills the microbes. Oh, and red marine algae extract kills EBV. I have an extremely strict diet due to this nasty candida thing. I get no support from anyone, but then again :This is about YOUR health, so just persist. I know it is hard- been there done that. Since you have these medical conditions, may I ask you what kind of maintenance health routine you have? I know how much illness can affect you. I wish you the best,
