Yeh I've posted on this forum before suggesting psoriasis.

I agree its this or a combination of both.

Regardless of what it is, I believe the best thing we can all do is improve all other aspects of our health and fitness, while using all natural products on skin and mouth.

From what I can tell from this forum,only 2 people have cured themselves.

One by going to gym and getting healthier, the other by SLS avoidance and applying ecxma cream regurlary. So I'm going to try and do all of that.
