Most people say butter is a good fat, not a bad one.

The point of my little experiment wasn't quality of fats (the type of fats I always ate prior to the low fat experiment were almost always good quality fats). My experiment was whether an almost nonfat diet would alleviate some candida symptoms - some people say it will. For me it did not.
