Without going into too much detail, all of the above problems sound like the origins are an infectious agent in the gut. Do a Metametrix GI test and use panel #2105 - You may also want to check your pancreatic enzymes or take a supplement to help with that and see if that helps. Lots of nutrients to help the body cope with the stress.
