Dear ecochuck,

thank you for that site on diet and menstruation. I have never got menstruation and many different doctors gave me dozens of pills and even injections over years! I was always ashamed (!!!) for not having periods like other girls and afraid I am not able to have children! I am so revealed by the article that u posted. I read on that topic in the book about raw foods by Helmut Wandmaker.
