The Dr. Clark books are a great study for "general" household toxins.

KEEP in mind, just 1 metal tooth filling material is way more toxic.....just rebreathing your own air while you sleep, is more toxic.....the bedroom the most toxic place for most people.

People that drink their own urine or consume commerical/chemical forms of iodine, etc. experiment with slow suicide via drinking poisons.
