I am just about to start all of the protocols you recommended, but I have a few questions first:
How many Kidney and Liver cleanses should I plan to do? I know that I need to alternate weeks on the cleanses, so should I plan to do one of each, or more? I already have Dr. Schulze's Kidney Cleanse kit, so I can start that right away, and I ordered the 10 day liver cleanse from you earlier today. (The 10 day cleanse is supposed to be split into two 5 day cleanses right?)
I am currently eating raw sauerkraut for probiotics, but should I not eat this during the three days of juice fasting for each cleanse? I can try making water kefir or something instead if it is better to not eat any solid foods during cleansing.
Dr. Schulze recommends eating fruits in the morning and evening and vegetables in the afternoon while cleansing. Should I follow this plan, or could I accomplish the same thing by just eating vegetables and vegetable juice? You said you didn't think fruits would be helpful for me, so I just wanted to check.
I ordered a large jar of Superfood powder from you today also. What is the best way to take this? I have only used the Dr. Schulze's Superfood tablets before, so I'm not sure. During the juice fasting portion of the cleanses, is it best to just add it to juice?
Since I am doing a 5 day cleanse each week, there will be two days in between cleanses. Should I only eat raw foods on those days, or would it be okay to eat some lightly cooked vegetables, beans, etc.?
On Dr. Christopher's Mucusless Diet, he recommends molasses, wheat germ oil, and kelp as supplements. Should I also take these?
I ordered Cayenne Tincture #1 from you, but I noticed that there were Cayenne Tinctures #2 and #3. Did I order the right one?
The Miracle II products sound really good, but I found some information on other websites that says it isn't really natural. I know that the other websites may not be trustworthy sources, but my parents want to make sure it is natural before we buy it.
I also would like to order the Echinacea and Comfrey oils that you mentioned. Is the Skin Restore Oil in your Apothecary the same thing?
