What are the issues that you've had with the liver/gall bladder?
Childhood ear infections could predispose some people to hyper-sensitive tissues with some levels of detoxification. Taking a few days off of the Candida Force can allow the body to catch up on its detoxification process. How many of the Detox Essentials are you taking?
The Candida Force contains the following fatty acids - undecenoic acid from castor bean oil, and oleic acid, linoleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, and linolenic acid from olive oil. None of the fatty acids are known allergens.
While it could be a 'die-off" type of reaction, I think it probably has more to do with liver/gall bladder detoxification.
