I place all three positive electrodes in the bottom of the tub, on the side of the body away from the hand that holds the negative electrode.

With the CC1, I would do the normal 10.5 minutes on, 20 minutes off, repeat 3 or 4 times, in modes 1 and 4. Modes 2 and 3 can be 7 minutes on 20 minutes off repeat 3 times.

With the UZI, The timeing would be 28 minutes on 20 minutes off, repeat 3 times in modes 1 and 4. Mode 2 would be 14 minutes on, 20 minutes off, repeat 3 times. Modes 3,5, or 6 can be 7 minutes on repeat 3 tiems.

Modes 1 and 4 will probably be the most effective.

The hand / arm that holds the negative electrode can have a definitely noticeable pulse, especially in modes 3 and 4.
